We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Any orders that are over $1,000.00 will be required to send the Credit Card Authorization Form back to BlueSkyImports.com (contact your representative for more details.).
We are also now accepting the COD payment method. (Please read the COD Policy below.)
Please Do Not Send any payments via mail. We will not accept the payment by mail and return back to the sender. |

Please keep in mind you will come across items that are defected during the time of the manufacturing, we at BlueSkyImports.com will do what we can to minimize the defects, but cannot check every item to see if there is a stain or is in working condition. Please check each item before you resell, and notify us immediately upon receipt if your shipment is damaged. All merchandise purchased from Blueskyimports.com must be returned within 100 days of the invoice date with customer's expense for a store credit (to be used on your next order, which needs to reach the minimum of $100). Please look over your orders carefully before you process your order, BlueSkyImports.com is not responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process. To insure the right items are ordered, please review the shopping cart before you check out.
Return condition
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on final sales (close out, clearance items and etc.)
Restocking Fees
Please be advised, return items without the original pkg. and original tag will be penalized 20% deduction from the return credit amount. There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 100 days. This means that an item must be in new condition.
In-store Credit
Once your returns are received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account. (usually within 72 hours)
Store credit will be issued for the refund of unsatisfactory items. Credits can be redeemed as long as there is an active account with Blue Sky Imports. If a customer returns an item which contravenes the 100 day return policy or any product that was not purchased from Blue Sky Imports will be penalized $40(return shipping and handling costs).

BlueSkyImports.com believes time is important to our customers; we will ship out packages as soon as we can. All packages are shipped via UPS, once packages are shipped out of our warehouse it is no longer BlueSkyImports.com responsibility for any shipping issues. We are located in Georgia and follow the outbound map UPS provides (please see "UPS TRANSIT TIME" ).
Please schedule your orders carefully. To add insurance to your packages is your responsibility, BlueSkyImports.com is not responsible to add insurance on your packages. Blueskyimports.com is not resposible for any orders that were delivered to your location that were not accepted by customers.

| Cancellations: A "No Cancellation" policy is enforced due to the quick processing time period. Before the customer checks out: there will be a page to review the current items. If the customer is satisfied with the current order, they may continue to checkout and submit the order into our system. If the customer is not satisfied they can edit the order in the review page. Once the customer inputs their credit card information, and the order has been submitted into our system it cannot be cancelled. However, if the order absolutely must be cancelled the customer is subject to the below procedures and fees:
Any orders that are cancelled or not accepted due to a declined credit card will be responsible for paying a 15% restocking and service fee. B Below are the procedures we take prior to the cancellation of an order to avoid having to charge our customers a restocking fee, as well as, the procedures taken when we are given no choice but to charge the restocking fee: |

| 1. Once an order declines customers are contacted via email and/or phone for a solid business week prior to cancellation. For example: If the order was submitted on a Wednesday during business hours, 9:00 AM EST to 6:00PM EST, then the customer has until the following Wednesday during 9:00AM to 6:00 PM EST to clear the issue before cancellation occurs. |
| 2. After a week of no response the order is cancelled. |
| 3. Cancellation of an order will result in a 15% restocking and service fee from the total of the invoice. The Accounting Department will try to re-run the credit card by using Authorize.net before cancelling the order. If an order declines, the credit card on the order will automatically be charged for the 15% restocking fee. If the card declines the 15% restocking fee then it will be added onto the customer's next order as an unpaid balance. |
| 4. After an order is cancelled the warehouse staff has to unpack the order and put all the items back in their original location: essentially costing twice the amount of labor than a regular order cost. (The restock fee is to recoup some of the lost revenue caused by the extra labor required: due to a cancelled order. Including the administrative efforts to contact the customer). |
| 5. A customer that chooses to cancel by choice and not due to a decline is still responsible for the 15% restocking and service fee because warehouse labor is still highly affected in this case as well. |
| 6. We want to ensure the best quality of service possible, and have lowered our restocking and service fee to 15% from 30% for the customer's benefit. In doing this we'll create a more efficient procedure; which will only help our customers: due to the better service we will be able to provide for them. |

To be eligible for C.O.D. payments, existing and new customers to BlueSkyImports.com must fill out a C.O.D. Application (contact your representative for more details.). For new customers, your first three orders must be paid with a major credit card, with no issues, and then from the forth order you may use the C.O.D. method. With the C.O.D. payment method we will accept a company check, cashier's check, and/or money order.
Minimum: $100.00 and Maximum: $1,500.00.
All unclaimed or refused C.O.D. package(s) will be subject to a service fee and a restocking fee of 30% from the invoice total, charges will be made to the credit cards on file, or payment arrangements can be made. (Please contact your state representitive)
If for any reason a C.O.D. CHECK is returned, you will receive a warning for each return. After the third returned C.O.D. CHECK, your account payment option will be limited to where we will ONLY accept C.O.D. MONEY ORDER, OR C.O.D. CASHIER'S CHECK.
BlueSkyImports.com representatives will inform you of the C.O.D. amount once the package(s) are shipped. We will also send you the UPS tracking information, so you may know exactly when the packages will arrive. |
