We at Blue Sky Imports make every effort to ensure that everything you receive is just as it should be, but sometimes an item can have a defect that is not noticed until it is delivered to the customer. Please be advised, upon receipt of your order; please check all items thoroughly for defects (zippers, stains, etc.). Please keep in mind that any products that are mass produced, occasionally an imperfect product will slip into the circulation. Unfortunately, about 1-5% of the products will be defective. Since we do not manufacture our products, we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacements of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion. If you come across any defective items, please notify our customer service reps. at cs@blueskyimports.com or 1-888-547-0006. Failure to act quickly could void your claim with the shipper. Orders cannot be cancelled, refused or returned because of manufacturers defect. The defective item is required to return to Blue Sky Imports for inspection before determination can be made as to the state of the product. If we find the defect described in your message does not match the condition of the bag, the original item will be shipped back to you. Once the inspection is approved, we will send out a replacement (if in stock) and reimbursement of return shipping cost will be established in your Blue Sky Imports account which will automatically apply to your next order. We suggest that you use regular mail provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express mail or Next Day Air services. Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make reasonable decision on every claim. We have designed our Return Process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Return process generally takes about 3-5 business days. You must follow our step by step return instruction below in order to receive Return Authorization (RA) number. Please put your RA number visibly on the outside of the box. Please note that unauthorized return may be refused or disregarded. Please make sure to keep all packing material for inspection.
