We at Blue Sky Imports make every effort to ensure that everything you receive is just as it should be, but sometimes an item can have a defect that is not noticed until it is delivered to the customer. Please be advised, upon receipt of your order; please check all items thoroughly for defects (zippers, stains, etc.).

Please keep in mind that any products that are mass produced, occasionally an imperfect product will slip into the circulation. Unfortunately, about 1-5% of the products will be defective. Since we do not manufacture our products, we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacements of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.

If you come across any defective items, please notify our customer service reps. at cs@blueskyimports.com or 1-888-547-0006. Failure to act quickly could void your claim with the shipper. Orders cannot be cancelled, refused or returned because of manufacturers defect.

The defective item is required to return to Blue Sky Imports for inspection before determination can be made as to the state of the product. If we find the defect described in your message does not match the condition of the bag, the original item will be shipped back to you.

Once the inspection is approved, we will send out a replacement (if in stock) and reimbursement of return shipping cost will be established in your Blue Sky Imports account which will automatically apply to your next order.

We suggest that you use regular mail provided by USPS (United States Postal Service). No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered Air Mail, Courier services, Express mail or Next Day Air services.

Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make reasonable decision on every claim. We have designed our Return Process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Return process generally takes about 3-5 business days.

You must follow our step by step return instruction below in order to receive Return Authorization (RA) number. Please put your RA number visibly on the outside of the box. Please note that unauthorized return may be refused or disregarded. Please make sure to keep all packing material for inspection. Thank you!

 
1) Log In
2) Click "My Account" from the very top right links
3) Click "Returns" from the menu bar below to the "My Account"
4) Locate a desired order # you wish to return from the "Recent Shipments" and click Return button on the right
(NO ORDERS OVER 100 DAYS)
5) Specify "Returning Qty" and "Return Reason" for each item that you wish to return If you choose "OTHER" for "Return Reason",
you have to briefly describe it.
6). Review your returns and leave a Note on the text box on upper page
7) Once you are ready to submit your return, click "Submit" button
8) Please include the order number / invoice number in the package.
9) Package the return items and ship it to us. (YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO RETURN THE ITEM)
If a customer returns an item which contravenes the 100 day return policy or any product that was not purchased from Blue Sky Imports will be penalized $40(return shipping and handling costs).
